Not just content on killing the instrument music game market, Activision has apparently set their sights on the highly successful motion controlled dance game genre. Some of you might remember that Activision registered a trademark for a game called Dance Hero back in 2008, but swiftly swept it under the rug. Well, it's back and ready for dance floor action, according to Kotaku's spies.
Very little is known about the project at the moment, but it's rumoured to feature songs by The Prodigy, Timbaland, Afrojack and Jay Sean, and will likely release on all three motion control-enabled platforms: Wii, PS3 Move and Xbox 360 Kinect.
Hopefully Activision has learnt that pumping out a new game every few months doesn't actually help their target genre in the long run. Then again, this is Activision, so we'll just have to wait and see.
