Update: 2K Games has since informed Eurogamer that the retail disc will only contain The Zombie Island of Dr Ned and Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, and not the latest DLC release, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx.
Now for the good news: We've also got a clearer indication on price, with local retailer Take 2 currently listing the add-on at R199 RRP, with a selling price of R172. This may only be slightly less than the equivalent of buying directly off Xbox LIVE, but you're saving a good R80 or so in bandwidth.
Original Story: If you've missed out on Borderlands' three DLC sets because your life is an anachronism and you have no broadband access, now's your chance to change that. Well, the DLC thing, not your anachronistic life.
2K Games and Gearbox have announced that all three released DLCs - The Zombie Island of Dr Ned, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, and the brand new Secret Armory of General Knoxx - will be included on a retail compilation disc coming 9 April (via Eurogamer). Local distributor Megarom has confirmed with XG that we'll be seeing this out locally, but hasn't yet confirmed a price.
In the meantime, check out our recent review on the newest Borderlands DLC, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx.
