Konami has finally released details on the much anticipated downloadable content for the excellent franchise reboot, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, revealing not one, but two DLC packs for release early 2011.

The first pack, entitled Reverie, sees Gabriel team up with Laura (that creepy little vampire girl who you beat in vamp chess) in order to destroy the "unruly evil that was previously kept in check by the recently slain Queen."

The second pack, Resurrection, will pick up right where the original game ended and promises to answer some of the questions most of us have after seeing that weird video at the end of the game, along with some insight into "Gabriel's ultimate destiny". Konami claim this second pack will be much larger in scope than the first as it will feature a “final showdown with a very notorious enemy".

Pricing and release dates have yet to be finalized, but look for the first DLC in February 2011, with the Resurrection DLC following up sometime in April.
