Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Just the other day, new Prototype gameplay footage intended for the Consumer Electronics Show in 2009, was leaked onto the internet. A few days later, a large countdown clock was placed on the Prototype homepage, with the countdown ending on the first day of CES 2009. And guess when it ends? January 8th 2009, or the first day of CES 2009.

I highly doubt this is coincidence, and I suspect there will be some kind of announcement - other than a new homepage going up. To top it off, Michael Griffith, President and CEO of Activision (publishers of Prototype), will be presenting a keynote at the trade show on the following day.

The only question is what will the annoncement be. Perhaps a demo, or some exclusive DLC content. Time will tell...
