Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Microsoft has announced the second downloadable add-on for Ruffian Games' sandbox shooter Crackdown 2, with the Deluge DLC pack set to add two new multiplayer modes, new Avatar awards, new Achievements, as well as a number of game fixes when it releases later this month.

The first new mode, the Deluge mode, pits up to four players against wave after wave of Pacific City nasties (a la Firefight/Horde mode), while the other new mode, Capture the Orb, is a 16-player Crackdown-style take on the classic capture-the-flag mode.

For those who want to try before they buy there will be a trial version of the Deluge Pack which will give gamers access to the full Capture the Orb mode and a single-player sample of the Deluge mode.

The Deluge DLC Pack is set to hit Xbox LIVE on 16 November for 560 MS Points.
