Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Mindstorm Studios, creators of the community-based online multiplayer game, Cricket Revolution, has revealed in an interview with CricketGaming.net that the next title in their series of cricket games will be heading to "next-gen" consoles.

"We have silently listened to our customers, and from what we have learned we intend to make CR2 [Cricket Revolution 2] a next gen title, well worthy of the expectations of our loyal fans", said Hasan Muneeb, Marketing Manager of Mindstorm Studios.

We assume Mindstorm Studios are referring to current generation consoles, meaning that all three platforms are likely to be under consideration.

With Cricket Revolution only recently released on Steam, it will be sometime until the follow up arrives, but hopefully gamers can finally look forward to another cricket game franchise on the Xbox 360.
