Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Time to bring those night lights back: The first downloadable content for Dead Space 2, aptly named Severed, will be available on Xbox LIVE starting 1 March.

The two chapter long expansion sees players take on the role of security guard Gabe Weller  (the very same from Dead Space Extraction), as he and his female companion Lexine try make their way to safety. To give players a fighting chance, Weller just happens to be equipped with a "one-of-a-kind security suit", along with a more powerful Pulse Rifle to help him deal with all those nasty creatures lurking in shadows. Speaking of which, the Twitcher from the first game will also make a return.

Dead Space 2 Severed DLC will be out 1 March on Xbox LIVE for 560 MS Points.
