Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Officially the rally game of the decade (according to Blackamp's official List of Official Things), Colin McRae: DiRT 2 is fast approaching release. So to whip us all into a petrol and mud fueled frenzy, Codemasters has released a demo of the game today on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

The demo features two modes, Trailblazer and Landrush, both available for offline singleplayer and 8-vehicle online multiplayer madness. Trailblazer puts you behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi Eclipse GT tearing around dusty Morocco, navigating a series of tricky corners and blistering straights. Landrush is more bumpy and jumpy, letting you and your friends loose in a West Coast Choppers Stuka Trophy Truck in Baja California.

Personally, they can keep their trucks and funny buggy things, just give the pure 'Man against Mother Nature' classic rally... that's what Colin would have wanted, bless his soul.
