BioWare's fantasy RPG Dragon Age 2 has hit the 1 million sales milestone, and has done so even faster than the original Dragon Age. To mark the occasion, BioWare are offering a free download code for the PC version of last years space epic Mass Effect 2 to everyone who purchased Dragon Age 2, or does so before 30 April.

This giveaway is a cross-platform affair, so regardless of whether you picked up Dragon Age 2 on PC or Xbox 360, you can still claim your freebie - just keep in mind that the download code is for PC only. Head over to the BioWare Sequel Celebration page and follow the required process, and before you know it, Commander Shepard will be all up in your system, doing his thing - for free!
