It's been unofficially confirmed that the patch for Fable 2's Online Co-op will arrive on Day 1, but LionHead thought they should make doubly sure that everyone knows it will indeed be available from Day 1 for Free by releasing an official statement (they already confirmed a day 1 release in their blogs). So no need to worry about refraining from entering your friends worlds and wreaking havok when you get your hands on Fable 2.
