Ferrari Racing DLC incoming for Need for Speed: Shift

Need for Speed: SHIFT was hailed by many as a return to form for the ageing franchise. Now EA has announced another return: the return of Ferrari to the Need for Speed series, with the arrival of the Ferrari Race Pack on Xbox LIVE Marketplace next week.

After a seven year absence, the new DLC brings the following ten shiny Ferrari's back into the fold:

1996 Ferrari F50 GT
2005 Ferrari F430 Spider
2005 Ferrari FXX
2005 Ferrari Superamerica
2006 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano
2006 Ferrari F430 Challenge
2006 Ferrari F430 GTC
2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia
2008 Ferrari California
2008 Ferrari 16M Scuderia Spider

Along with these new cars to whizz about in, the DLC also includes an extended career mode, with 46 new Ferrari specific challenges including hot laps, eliminators, endurance races and a world tour.

Fans of the prancing horse will be able to park the Ferrari Race Pack in their garage for 800MSP on 16 February.
