Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Continuing the Thanksgiving celebrations over in the US, Microsoft has announced that all Xbox LIVE Free members will be upgraded to Gold status in the Xbox Free LIVE Weekend promotion.

Free members will be able to try out all the Gold features, including multiplayer gaming, discounted Marketplace items, Video Kinect, as well as streaming movies, music and TV (where available, of course).

The promotion is set to run from 26 November to 28 November, in other words, it's happening right now!
