Xbox Gaming in South Africa

To celebrate the release of the Lost and Damned DLC for GTA IV, Xbox Live multiplayer will be free to all members, including silver, while playing GTA IV or the expansion episode. Unfortunately it's only for 5 days, starting Tuesday, February 17 at 7PM (GMT 2+) to Monday, February 23 at 9:59AM (GMT 2+), and is ONLY applicable in the GTA IV multiplayer.

Perhaps this is a sign of things to come? It would be great if every big game release had a promotional period. Of course, ultimately we'd like to see Xbox Live drop its pricing and become a free service to all Xbox gamers.

The Lost and Damned DLC will be out on February 17 for 1600 Microsoft Points.
