EA recently announced a new multiplayer mode, Don Control, for the awaited Godfather II game. The new mode will be released in the form of a free downloadable patch on release day - which for us is expected to be April 10.

As a Don, you'll be able to recruit an entire family by offering a cut of the profits. Using your new found family, you can then wage 16 vs 16 player war on other Don factions in an effort to eradicate the competition and become the ultimate Don. However, if you were to die as the Don, you'll lose all the currency wagered, directly impacting your single-player game.
