Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Originally when Halo 3: ODST was announced, Bungie were convinced that the standalone expansion will come in at a below full retail price. Unfortunately this wasn't to be, and Microsoft later confirmed at E3 2009 that ODST will in fact be priced at full retail. So what does that look like here in South Africa? Well, according Microsoft SA, Halo 3: ODST will be on sale for a RRP of R599.

Along with the standard edition, the Collector's Pack will also be available, which includes a great looking special edition controller. Pricing is still to be confirmed for the special edition though, so lets just wait and see on that one.

Halo 3: ODST is set to drop into local retailers on September 22.

[UPDATE] Microsoft SA has since told XG that the Collector's Pack won't be coming to SA.
