Saturday 12 December is Spike TV's Video Game Awards day, and as anybody in the industry knows, the VGAs are less about awards, and more about premieres!

Spike's Jeff Keighley has confirmed that Halo: Reach is the first of these scheduled premieres, with loads more to follow, adding cryptically that "almost all the world premieres will be ANNOUNCEMENTS of new, never-before-seen games." Oh, the vicious little tease. If Dead Space 2 isn't there, I'm officially going to cry.

Publishers bringing exclusive new stuff to the VGAs include 2K Games, Activision, Disney Interactive Studios, Electronic Arts, LucasArts Entertainment, Microsoft Game Studios, THQ, Ubisoft, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and more.
