It's amazing how fast things move in the gaming industry. Just the other day we were telling you how BigPark's Joy Ride had all but disappeared from the interwebs, and now the rumors are flying that the arcade racer is being prepared to appear as a Project Natal launch title.
A senior retail source has told CVG that the game is still very much alive, and has been overhauled for a proper retail launch to co-incide with the release of Microsoft's much hyped motion controller.
"The hope for us is that it will be a boxed release - we're still in the dark on that one - but it's definitely for Natal and will definitely be here for launch," the souce revealed. "We've been told it will no longer be free to play, but that it's been completely reworked into a bigger, richer game than before. They're putting the final touches to it now. The biggest thing for us is that it just works with Natal's racing controls. We're reliably informed it's very intuitive."
Expect more clarity next week when the almighty E3 event kicks off.
