Crystal Dynamics has announced via Twitter that Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light will finally get its much touted online co-operative mode on 27 October. In addition, the developer revealed that the first downloadable content pack will be made available for free as a thank you to fans for their patience.
Lara Croft: GoL was originally meant to launch with online co-op on XBLA in August, however, the feature missed its original launch date, as well as a later patch date of 28 September.
The online co-op patch and free downloadable content is the first of five DLC packs planned for the title over the next three months, so keep a look out for more details on those as they become available.
