EA Sports will be bringing a feature-packed demo of the upcoming American football sim Madden NFL 11 to Xbox LIVE on 27 July, according to Gamespot.
The demo is set to include the Indianapolis Colts vs. New York Jets teams which can be played on all skill levels in five-minute quarters. Gamers will also be able to experience the all-new gameflow and game-planning features, though you'll be restricted to the Jets or Colts playbooks.
Unlike in last year's demo, this time round there will be full audio commentary, with Gus Johnson and Chris Collinsworth calling the action, as well as a glimpse of the updated audio presentation thanks to stadium music and team-specific chants. Finally, the demo will offer players access to a unique Madden Ultimate Team card (Jets Stadium), which can be used in the fantasy league mode added in last year's game.
It looks like football fans will have more than enough to keep themselves busy with this demo while waiting for the full game to hit retail in August.
