Xbox Gaming in South Africa

BioWare has announced that a demo for the highly anticipated action RPG sequel Mass Effect 3 will be available in January 2012, bringing with it both single-player and multiplayer modes for fans to try out.

Early access to the multiplayer side of things will be given to gamers who purchase Battlefield 3 and redeem the included Online Pass, and to help avoid the same problems with the Battlefield 3 beta, EA will be providing a way to verify your early access beforehand using a tool on www.masseffect.com.

More details on what the demo will contain, other ways of earning early multiplayer access without purchase, and the exact release dates, will be announced late November / early December.

Mass Effect 3 invades stores on 6 March, 2012.
