Not many will remember Mega Man, which was first released on NES/Famicon gaming system, but those who do will feel a rush of memories coming back with Mega Man 9. Inti Games have gone all out to bring back the same feeling as the previous games in the franchise, using a proprietry 8-bit emulator, along with chip tune music with modern design sensibilities and even CRT scan lines! 50 new enemies and bosses have been added, with more DLC on the way. Straight forward, 2D fun for only 800 Microsoft Points!

Next up is War World. Remember the MechWarrior games? Well I do, and even though I sucked at it, it was great fun. There's something special about controlling a mechanized warrior, filled with enough ammo to take down a small country. This 3rd-person shooter throws you into a World which has been constantly at war (no points for guessing that), and well, there's not much else that needs to be known. You have a choice of 16 different mechanoids, each with their own special abilities. The story revolves around 100 campaign levels with 5 difficulty settings, which you can do in 4-player co-op, in addition to Capture the Flag, Bomb Assault, Death Match and Team Death Match. All this and great looking graphics for only 800 Microsoft Points. Check out the gallery below.
