Xbox Gaming in South Africa

I've been undecided about both these games, so it's good to see Mercenaries 2: World in Flames and Fracture receive demos on Xbox Live Marketplace.

Mercenaries 2 was released not to long ago, and so far has received mixed reviews, resulting in a MetaCritic score of 73. There are some gripes which I mentioned in my previous post, but it does seem like a lot of fun. You can get your hands on the demo for a 1.22GB download.

On the other side is the demo for the new IP from LucasArts, Fracture. Weighing in at 772MB, this Third-Person Action Shooter, set in a post civil war USA, lets you play as Jet Brody who is a demolition expert. Each side has their abilities enchanced by either cybernetics or genetic augmentations with the end result being lots of explosions and fast paced action. The demo is out, so take a look!
