Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Often the games you find fermenting at the bottom of the budget bin are more than deserving of their fate, buried under hundreds of copies of World Championship Darts and Hour of Victory. However, when it comes to the Xbox 360 Platinum Hits collection, it's a different story entirely, featuring some of the best selling titles to have appeared on the console. Now Microsoft has announced five more games which will be joining the ranks of Halo 3, Gears of War, and other essential titles.

The games in question, which will be rebranded as Platinum Hits, are Street Fighter IV, Grand Theft Auto IV, Left 4 Dead, Saints Row 2 and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, all titles definitely worth owning, especially at the reduced price point.

Microsoft SA were unable to confirm the release date of these titles, nor could they give us a definite retail price, but you can expect to pay around R299 per game when they are released over the coming months.
