Gamers eager to start hauling virtual dirt blocks around on the Xbox 360 will be happy to hear that Mojang’s highly addictive sandbox building game, Minecraft, will be coming exclusively to Xbox LIVE Arcade sometime during "spring" 2012 (March to May).

Minecraft on the Xbox 360 was previously announced at this year’s E3 and will feature Kinect support among other new features.

Expect more news at MineCon (18-19 November), which will have the first playable version of the Xbox 360 build.
