Warner Bros. Interactive has announced that gamers will be treated to a new "content-rich version" of NetherRealm Studios' Mortal Kombat in March this year, with the well received brawler and all of its DLC to date packaged together in the Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition.
The re-release includes four new characters - Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, and Freddy Krueger - as well as 15 Klassic Skins and Klassic Fatalities for Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile. If this one follows the trend for re-releases and updated editions, we can probably expect the Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition to come in a little lighter on the wallet than the original upon its release.
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition is set to hit retailers on 2 March in Europe, with a South African release date still to be confirmed.
