NBA Jam

EA has announced that their upcoming basketball sim NBA Elite 11 has been delayed from its original October release window until a yet unspecified future date.

While delays suck as the best of times, the good news is that NBA Jam, which was originally announced as a free add-on to the NBA Elite 11 retail release, will be made available as a standalone product on the Xbox360 and PS3 "in time for the holidays".

It's currently unclear whether NBA Jam will be a retail or downloadable release.

While we wait on more information, why not try out the NBA Elite 11 demo which arrived on Xbox LIVE last week.
