Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Without any fanfare of any sort, EA has just confirmed that Need for Speed: Shift 2 is currently scheduled to pull into retail driveways sometime in the first quarter of 2011 (Jan-Mar).

Considering that Slightly Mad Studios' original NFS: Shift title managed to score quite respectable reviews across the board, the confirmation of a sequel shouldn't really come as much of a surprise. What is still unclear is whether the same studio will be behind the wheel of the sequel.
