Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Co-operative role-playing, hacking and slashing, Kinect puzzle games, and high-flying racing - Xbox LIVE has it all this week, with four new games hitting the Xbox LIVE Arcade.

Crimson Alliance

Explore the mystical world of the Crimson Empire in this action-RPG adventure. Choose to play as the powerful wizard, Direwolf; the battle-hardened mercenary, Gnox; or the mysterious assassin, Moonshade. Play Crimson Alliance co-operatively with up to 4 players on the same console or over Xbox LIVE.

The main game is free (albeit gimped) and can be downloaded over here (972.28 MB), although if you want to play with a "full" character (or unlock Achievements), you'll need to get the add-on packs: All-Class Pack (1200 MSP), or individual character packs at 800 MSP each.

BloodRayne: Betrayal

The original video game femme fatale, Rayne, has returned to battle and feed in a brand new hack ‘n slash adventure. Slay ghastly enemies as Rayne, the sexy dhampir with superhuman strength, speed, and agility, recruited by the vampire hunting Brimstone Society for one last mission.

Leedmees

Full body puzzle action game, "Leedmees" for Kinect, is a unique puzzle game that utilizes your brain and body! Your body is part of the stage. Use your whole body to work the contraptions while you lead the Leedmees to the goal!
