Update: The new Xbox 360 'Slim' has been officially unveiled at E3.
Original Story: There's been no lack of rumours on a possible slim Xbox 360 form factor, and if an Italian advert (which has since been pulled) is anything to go by, there's a chance Microsoft could be revealing the new SKU, which will feature a 250GB hard drive, wi-fi and Kinect compatibility, at E3 this week.
Obviously there are many game industry rumours doing the rounds at this time of year, and it's hard to know who to trust, but it must be said that this new shape does fit quite nicely with Kinect's sleek design. And let's be honest, the current Xbox 360 is a rather chunky beast, isn't it?
