Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Square Enix has announced that their forthcoming action RPG, Nier, will be available this spring 2010 in the US, featuring "magic, character development and faithful allies, with action-focused explosive swordplay and combat", according to a report by Team Xbox.

Nier is set in "a world plagued by human anguish, buried secrets and a ravaging disease" (so pretty much just like Earth then), and follows the story of protagonist Nier, the "unyielding hero" on his quest to discover a cure for his ailing daughter.

While the local release date has not yet been set in stone, an Autumn release does look likely according to local distributer, Nu Metro Interactive.
