Avatars will not only represent you in the New Xbox Experience, they can also be used in-game. Xbox Live Arcade games such as UNO!, Bomberman Live, Hardwood Hearts and Hardwood Spades will all include support for Microsoft's new Avatars, which allows customised animations in game menus and lobbies. However, in the latest video interview by Larry Hryb, aka Major Nelson, they mention an upcoming project where avatars will be playable. The "secret" project is almost certainly the XBLA game A Kingdom for Keflings by Ninja Bee. This mangament sim allows you and your friends to build your own kingdom, along with the help of its inhabitants - the Keflings. They even go as far as showing video of the actual game with avatars, so I'm not sure why they won't confirm it. Anyways, expect many more games to incorporate your avatar as developers become familiar with the new update.
