Peter Molyneux introduces us to Milo

Print
Milo

Peter Molyneux has been dropping fat hints for months now about some Super Secret Project his company has been working on, but really, nobody could have predicted this ... this thing. It appears to be an exceedingly complex artificial intelligence, disguised as a young boy but really obviously some sort of totally malevolent demon or something.

But seriously, Milo is undeniably pretty creepy. Impressive, but creepy. Players interact with him using Microsoft's fancy new Project Natal device, and according to the 'Neux, Milo is able to interpret emotions through facial expressions. See? Creepy. It's just like that movie AI, except this kid is stuck in your TV.

This is actually really incredible! You do feel like you are on the verge of something big here... No need for real friends when you and Milo can play any time of the day!

Bah! I feel like I'm watching the Killzone 2 trailer in 2005. I hate you Molyneux, you LIAR!

Yes, let's all jump on the anti-Molyneux bandwagon, because it's so much easier than reconsidering 6-year old opinions.

Can we all please get over the original Fable already? It was a long time ago.
