Valve has cleared up the mystery behind a new game ending which released for the popular action/puzzle video game Portal this week on PC. Yes, Portal 2 is in development and is set to release this Christmas on the Xbox 360 and PC.
Details are scarce at the moment (the press release was literally 2 lines), but Eurogamer has confirmed it will be coming to the Xbox 360 and PC. In addition, unlike the first game which was an XBLA release, Portal 2 will be sold at "full retail price", according to GameInformer. And the cherry on the top? It will include a "two-player co-op mode [with] its own campaign [featuring] two new playable characters."
Expect more details when the GameInformer feature hits magazine stands later this month. For now, check out the cover below which shows off the first bit of Portal 2 artwork.
