The countdown on the Prototype website has hit zero, revealing a new website design, an awesome new trailer, and a viral campaign. And when I say awesome, I mean awesome!

The website redesign has also introduced a new viral campaign called Helix. Users have to manipulate a DNA string, changing the sequence in order to unlock hidden content. A few users have already found some of the codes:
