Xbox Gaming in South Africa

According to Joystiq, Activision has let slip the release month for the highly anticipated sandbox-style action game, Prototype, as June 2009. This is according to a New York Comic Con invitation which states the following:

Hands-on – fans get their first chance to play the highly anticipated open-world/action thriller, PROTOTYPE, planned for release in June.

Prototype was expected to be released some time in winter of 2009, so it looks like things are still on track - although not official. Developers Radical Entertainment have faced a rather uphill battle to release Prototype, with delays and a change of publisher, but hopefully the final stages will go smoothly.
