Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Ice Land's Eyjafjallajokul volcano struck again this week, delaying the local release of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands until next week Tuesday. Many feared the same could happen to the highly anticipated western Red Dead Redemption, but fear not! Megarom has sent us this picture below showing that stock of RDR has arrived and is ready and rearing to go for Friday's official launch. Yeehaaww!

The question is. What to do to pass the time until tomorrow? Well, here's a few ideas that the XG staff came up with.

• Find out what your western nickname is over here
• Browse through the Red Dead Redemption screenshots
• Check out the Red Dead Redemption trailers
• Haul out your Xbox 1 and play Red Dead Revolver
• Dress up your Xbox Avatar as a cowboy/cowgirl
• Have a western film evening and rent movies such as The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Unforgiven, Once Upon a Time in the West or Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Shanghai Noon doesn't count.
