Xbox Gaming in South Africa

THQ has announced their 2012 fiscal year line-up, revealing that their upcoming third-person shooter Red Faction: Armageddon has slipped from its original release window of March next year, and instead is now expected sometime in May 2011.

No reason was specified for the delay, but one might speculate that it's more to do with pleasing shareholders than tweaking the game itself, since the game has been shifted neatly into the next fiscal year.

Along with Armageddon's new release window, THQ also revealed that they plan to release new Saints Row and WWE games sometime in spring 2011, along with a new UFC title for 2012.

Of course, as the press release stated, these releases are subject to change. Let's hope that includes the addition of a new Darksiders title.
