It has emerged from the Electronic Arts Q2 2009 Earnings Conference Call that Saboteur, the upcoming action/stealth game by Pandemic Studios, will be delayed until sometime during the 2010 Fiscal year. The open-world, World War 2 game - which has remained largely under a cover of darkness - was already delayed from Q4 2008, with an expected Q1 2009 release. But it looks like it might not even make 2009 with the latest announcement.
Pandemic Studios last venture, Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, sold over 1.9 million copies, so I don't think this is a sign that EA are looking to drop them. But it isn't looking good for Saboteur which has been praised for it's refreshing new take on World War 2 gameplay.
