Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Konami has announced that Saw: The Video Game is currently in development at Zombie Studios and is on track for a US release date this autumn (or spring here in the southern hemisphere).

Saw is said to be a survival horror game which drops the player in an abandoned insane asylum left to survive against the brutal traps and puzzles set by the infamous and manical Jigsaw. Konami is no stranger to the survival horror genre having produced games in the Silent Hill franchise, so the Saw video game does seem a natural fit.

Saw: The Video Game will most likely be out in October to coincide with the release of the 6th movie installment which is scheduled to hit theatres in its traditional opening weekend slot leading into Halloween.
