TimeGate Studios has announced that Section 8: Prejudice, the sequel to last year’s “orbital-drop” multiplayer focused shooter, will be available exclusively as a digital download for a very generous 1200 MS Points.
"We’re challenging the notion of just how much quality and value we can pack into a digital download first-person shooter," said Adel Chaveleh, CEO of TimeGate Studios. “Our target is very simply to be the highest quality, best value digital FPS on the market. Prejudice is a full-retail-scoped product, so I’m sure our fans will be very happy with our price-point decision."
The game will include a 5 hour single-player campaign to go along with a "robust" online multiplayer mode for up to 32 players, as well as a 4-player co-op game mode called Swarm. i.e. Horde mode in Gears of War. All modes will also be available offline as Prejudice will include full bot support.
Section 8: Prejudice is scheduled to launch on Xbox LIVE Arcade sometime in Q1 2011.
