EA has revealed the Shift 2: Unleashed Speedhunters pack, adding new cars, tracks and a new career branch, all inspired by the people behind EA-owned automotive hub Speedhunters.com.
Central to the Speedhunters DLC are the new Drag and Standing Mile modes, focusing on straight line speed for nine events per mode, with all cars locked in manual mode with traction control switched off. The new race modes bring with them new car customization options, allowing players to turn their vehicles into 1000 horsepower speed demons.
The new cars included will be Chris Rado’s World Racing Pro-FWD Reaper Scion tC and Koz’s Dodge Viper GTS by Twins Turbo, accompanied by 12 custom-tuned versions of vehicles which already appear in Shift 2: Unleashed.
