Xbox Gaming in South Africa

EA has revealed that the hugely popular life-sim, The Sims 3, is coming to consoles at the end of the year, according to the publishing giant's recent earnings report.

A longstanding favourite among PC gamers who get their kicks from playing dress-up/voyeur/sadist, The Sims franchise has already raked in piles of simoleons cash, and with the industry as it is at the moment it makes sense for EA to maximise the games exposure by releasing it across as many platforms as possible.

Before you get overly excited, keep in mind that as it stands, The Sims 3 is vaguely listed for 'consoles' and handhelds, leaving out exactly which consoles it will be available for. My money is on it coming to our beloved Xbox 360, but as soon as we have confirmation we will let you know.
