Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Rumors that Microsoft will cut the price of their Xbox 360 Pro console seem to be true, at least that's what Hollywood Reporter say. They announced today that a major retailer, which remained anonymous, confirmed the price drop will happen before the popular E3 event in mid July. This seems to keep in trend with Microsofts' price cuts, which happened the same time last year.

 This will make the Xbox 360 an even greater contender in the console market as the cost difference between the PS3 widens. Microsoft have yet to officially confirm the price cut, but I believe we will see a press release within the next 2 weeks. Lets just hope this filters down to South Africa, so we can enjoy cheaper gaming like our overseas counterparts.
