Xbox LIVE Social

If you're under 18 and you've been a bit annoyed that you can't tell people what you're doing all day long via the social networking applications on Xbox LIVE, then you can quit your bitching, because now you can... as long as you get adult permission.

According to a blog post by Xbox LIVE's Larry Hryb, the update is already available to non-US accounts, while those in the US will have to wait until 15 December. He goes on to give some useful advice.

Be sure to set Automatically log in or Remember me when setting up the application for the first time, otherwise you will be prompted for parental permission every time you launch the application.
