Xbox Gaming in South Africa

Just a quick reminder that this weekend (starting now) is the Xbox Nation event, offering up free LIVE Gold for everybody until Monday, a bunch of Xbox LIVE discounts (Deal of the Week & SEGA Sale) to take advantage of, and - of course - the Guinness World Record attempt at the biggest ever online 100m sprint.

To take part, then:

• First, to log your participation sign into your Xbox LIVE account and download the Guinness World Record gamerpic before the official start time of 8PM.
• Just before the race starts, load your copy of Kinect Sports, choose Mini-Games from the Main Menu screen, Select 100m Dash and then how many people you would like to participate (1 – 4 players).
• Finally select Continue and you’re ready to race in the 100m mini game!
• At 7PM run the 100m dash as normal, with up to four people

You'll also grab yourself a complimentary Guinness World Record tee for your Avatar for taking part.
