Ubisoft has set November 20 as the EU release date for Assassin's Creed 2. There's also some sort of fancy Black Edition coming through, including a holographic box stuff with assassin-flavoured goodies, including a 64-page "Conspiracy" development book, an Ezio figurine, a bunch of bonus quests, Jesper Kyd's sountrack, and developer interviews. So far, this has been confirmed for the UK release, although we usually get all that nice stuff down South too ...

Fallout 3 Point Lookout DLC hits June 23

According to a new trailer released today, Fallout 3's Point Lookout DLC is set for release on June 23. Coming in at 800 MS Points, the new DLC adds a substantial new swampland area for players to explore, filled with new quests and content. Well, it wasn't exactly a shocker that Bungie came out waving Halo 3: ODST for the crowds, but they did bring along some new bits of gameplay footage to prevent a riot. Looks like we'll be playing through several characters, including "The Rookie" and "Dutch", and packing a new scoped pistol for mini-sniping. Apparently a new co-op mode dubbed "Firefight" will be on demonstration later in the week, while the game finally has a release date set for 22 September.
