Microsoft's motion controller Kinect will be sold separately, but we'll also see it bundled with the Xbox 360 console when it launches in November, according to an internal marketing Q&A obtained by Kotaku. US retailer Gamestop is already listing an Arcade + Kinect bundle at $299 (R3,400), and an Elite + Kinect bundle for $399 (R4,520), meaning the peripheral would cost the buyer $100 (R1,130) if bought in a bundle ...

Everybody was expecting it, of course, but Microsoft has officially yanked the covers from the new Xbox 360, somewhat conspicuously not called an "Xbox 360 Slim", probably because it's not really that much slimmer ...

There's been no lack of rumours on a possible slim Xbox 360 form factor, and if an Italian advert (which has since been pulled) is anything to go by, there's a chance Microsoft could be revealing the new SKU, which will feature a 250GB hard drive, wi-fi and Kinect compatibility, at E3 this week ...

Although we've come accustomed to the name Project Natal for Microsoft's upcoming motion controller, it was always meant as a place holder only, with the full retail name to be announced at a later stage. Well, that stage is E3 2010, with USA Today revealing Microsoft's motion controller retail name as Kinect ...
